Rider Black is Back..
It seems Tetsuo Takayama or Tetsuo Kurata is back and will relieve his role as Minami Kotaro in Mask Rider Black and well known as Robert Akizuki in the Philippines.
Well as a person who grown on Mask Rider Black era I’m happy to see Tetsuo Takayama back again.
