Google Pagerank is Moving Again

Looks like toolbar Pagerank is updating again, earlier I blog about the “Google Love”, my target keyword suddenly rank high in any keyword I optimize but I did not notice that the pr of the site drop from pr 3 to pr 0 .

A little bit strange since the last pr update is only Janaury last month. Anyone else seeing any changes?
